"It's (ATC) a great start to finding your marine service career!"

Steve Baum
Chief Executive Officer

“In the Marine Service industry there is a lot of room for advancement and movement into different specialty areas of the career field. If a student and/or graduate displays leadership abilities, the continued desire to learn and grow, and the ability to deal well with customers, their opportunities are unlimited. A good mechanic can become an even better technician when he/she develops solid technical skills.

Getting the education and training is very important when starting in this industry. Successful technicians need to be willing to perform the different duties assigned, manage their time, and have a professional appearance. Attending Automotive Training Center can assist you in getting the skills that you need. It's a great start to finding your marine service career!”

"...students from ATC are eager to work and when they graduate are very prepared to begin their automotive careers."

“To be a successful automotive technician at the dealership level, you first need to take your education seriously and apply what you have learned in school out in the field. Commitment and dedication to your career along with working neat and organized are important aspects that I look for when hiring employees.

There are many career opportunities in the industry for technicians that have the skills to repair today’s complicated computer managed vehicles. These technicians are in high demand and earn the big money. Not only do you need the hands-on skills but also you need the theoretical education behind them.

Students and graduates from Automotive Training Center that I have worked with are very good at applying a diagnostic path in electrical and drivability repairs, which is a most desired and needed skill at a new car dealership. More importantly, I have found that students from ATC are eager to work and when they graduate are very prepared to begin their automotive careers.”
