Philadelphia is a great city with numerous exciting attractions, but not everyone knows that Philadelphia is also in close proximity to some excellent off-roading spots. Here are some of the most popular locations to get some mud on your tires around Philadelphia:
Blue Diamond MX Park
Located off Route 13 in New Castle, Delaware, Blue Diamond is less than 50 miles from the city of Philadelphia. Blue Diamond features an AMA sanctioned race track and an open track for any type of bike or ATV. The site even has a pee wee track where younger riders can cut their teeth before they decide to take on the larger tracks at Blue Diamond.
Blue Diamond is open from 12PM til 6PM Wednesday through Friday and 11AM til 5PM Saturday & Sunday.
Sleepy Hollow MX Park
Sleepy Hollow is in Manheim, PA, just outside of Lancaster and roughly 87 miles from Philadelphia. Sleepy Hollow offers motorcross classes as well as spectator prices for those that want to watch races. Sleepy Hollow is affiliated or sponsored by some big names in motorcross including Honda, AMA, and ECS. The Sleepy Hollow MX web site is updated frequently with events as they are scheduled.

Rausch Creek Motorsports
Rausch Creek is in Valley View, PA, about 2 hours from Philadelphia. This huge destination for motorsports includes 8,500 acres that can be used by dirt bikers and ATV riders alike, making it one of the most popular off-roading locations in the northeastern US. There is also a separate park for 4×4 off-roading. If you want to stay for a while, Rausch Creek is in easy access to some local campgrounds and hotels.
